This service is for mail in diagnostics and repair for laptop and desktop motherboards (including PC & Apple logic boards), phones and other devices.
This service also serves as a general deposit for larger projects or boards needing multiple repairs including recaps, IC replacement, BGA repairs, solder work and certain diagnostics for custom requests.
When placing your order please include as much detail as possible.
Please send along any high quality photos as it helps us determine amount of damage and a better idea on how much it will cost to repair your motherboard. The more information the better.

Our service includes a full diagnostic of your hardware components, and a price to repair the problem.
We take a $40 diagnostic fee to determine what is the cause of your problem. The $40 will be credited towards labor of your device should you approve the repair. See below for Terms & Conditions.

What to Include:
For Laptops:
Please include your charger. While we have most chargers for laptops on hand, we like to make sure everything is working correctly including your charger, and we will test it while it is here.
For Desktops:
Please include just the bare Motherboard, with your CPU and Ram so we can test it all after the repair. If you are sending the whole computer please Double box and securely pack your desktop computer. We have seen damaged desktops on arrival due to poor packaging.
For Phones:
Full phone including the screen assembly is preferred that way everything can be tested after the repair. Preferably all put together so we can test your components together. If not, please separate all parts and screws into backs and pack well. They’re delicate.
We are not responsible for damaged devices during transit.
Terms & Conditions
Customer is responsible for shipping device to us for analysis of repair estimates.
Please note actual price may vary based on model and cost of parts.
Price estimate doesn’t include cost of shipping device back to customer if applicable.
Please allow extra time for repairs if components and/or parts are not in stock.
Initial payment is a deposit and diagnostic fee towards your device.
It will come off of the final cost of the repair and you will be emailed an eletronic invoice for repair.
We will communicate with you what the final cost of the repair and you will approve the invoice before we begin work on your repair.
Once device is repaired we send photos of the unit and you will pay the invoice and shipping back to you.
Should you decline the repair we will mail your device back to you.
You will be responsible for shipping – we do not provide free shipping.
Parts Warranty varies depending on the device and part. Some are 90 days or less, some are 5 years or more.
